The salt fish in the dish is mainly salt cod with a garnish of banana and a side salad of grated cucumber or lettuce, tomato and avocado.

The Bandera Dominica displays in your plate the wonderful colors of the Dominican flag. It is made of red beans, white rice, a marinade and a succulent tomato puree.

The famous Haitian « Griot » is one of the most popular dishes in Haiti prepared with pieces of pork meat macerated in a spicy marinade, then fried or baked.
« Griot » is often served with sticky rice (or « djon-djon rice »), and with plantain.
It's a real delight ... crispy from the outside and tender on the inside, the pieces of meat almost melt in your mouth !
